The newly developed instrument is based on PRS' award winning Singlecut Trem model, featuring a Brazilian rosewood neck and fingerboard, a highly figured maple top on a mahogany back and comes with the PRS Tremolo System.Like the Modern Eagle, the Singlecut Trem Modern Eagle features an ultra-thin satin nitrocellulose finish allowing the wood to breathe and resonate to create its unique sound. This instrument incorporates most of the features that Paul Reed Smith is using on his personal guitars. The Singlecut Trem Modern Eagle is available in a new "Yellow-Tiger" finish as well as the original Modern Eagle colors

- 25" scale Brazilian rosewood 22-fret neck with Brazilian rosewood fretboard, rippled Abalone bird inlays, and Brazilian Rosewood headstock overlay with inlaid (Modern) Eagle

Hardware :
- PRS tremolo
- PRS 14:1 Phase II low mass locking tuners (grommet style)
- Hybrid gold/nickel hardware
Electronics :
- RP treble and bass pickups with satin covers
- Volume and push/pull coil tap tone control with 3-way toggle pickup selector
Finishes :
- Yellow Tiger (shown)
All Modern Eagle instruments are finished with an ultra thin satin nitro-cellulose finish and feature natural maple binding & natural back
