The Paul Reed Smith CE 24 ALDER guitar is a salute to design and handmade qualities. Solid alder is once again being used by PRS Guitars with the introduction of the CE 24 Alder model. Alder has not been used by PRS since the earlier nineties, and the body of this model, the successor to the CE Mahogany, is solid alder, not alder on the back of a maple top. This beautiful instrument also features a bolt-on 25 inch scale length rock maple neck with rosewood fretboard and dot inlays, HFS treble and Vintage bass pickups and a specially designed tremolo with PRS designed locking tuners.
