By this, RockBass is making this popular Warwick model available to newcomers. It is the most inexpensive RockBass with an active MEC preamp and passive MEC “dynamic correction“ pickups (4-string with P/J-equipment, 5-string with J/J).

The massive Carloena body of both basses is covered by an opaque black High Polish finish; the Maple neck is bolt-on and carries a Rosewood fingerboard.

In addition to the original black Warwick hardware (including security locks), the Warwick Just-A-Nut III nut – introduced in 2007 – leads the strings to the tuners for both models, and also the patented cover of the electronics compartment, which is up to now only known for Warwick basses, is being used here.
