This new 059 version, born from the evolution of the famous red 059, represents the goal of every guitar player. It has an amazing sound with an incredible punch, warmth and thickness. We added new features to its basic characteristics to make it more versatile and unique. With twenty different sound combinations, many setting possibilities and all its controls, you’ ll be sure to find the sound you are looking for. 20W/100W is the new 059 system, exceptional in its field: a double power amplifier that solves every volume problem. There are a 20W A class amp with two EL84 tubes and a 100W AB class amp with four EL34s. The absolute news is given by the fact that you can choice which amp to use simply with the touch of a button, or by footswitch or Midi. Real time while you are playing. It is not necessary to stand-by the head or to switch it off. Playing the 20W amp you’ll have thicker tones also at low volume, while 100W will give you massive volume sound The three channels of the new 059 are completely separated, with a characteristic that few amps have: the gain range of its three channels overlap perfectly, giving you the real continuity from clean to very aggressive overdrive. CH1 starts with a very “clean” tone well balanced and defined up to a fat and compressed clean, that reacts fast to your plaing dynamic. CH2 begins from the end of the CH1 with a very controllable gain, the best for rhythm parts. Its sound is fat and precise. CH3 structure is the natural step up of the CH2 ... pushing out your solo! A lot of harmonic presence will let you come out from your band. The TONE REVERSE function, well kown among 059 lovers, has been kept. A new function named PLEXI MODE has been added. This control activates a complex network combination, giving the original sound of the famous British Plexi. It works on each of the three channels and is midi storable.
